    Vinyl chloride leaking from a tankcar, that's not good.
    Is this what it will take to get Congress to realize the seriousness of the "aging infrastructure" problem?

    Obama has been trying to invest in our infrastructure, which will create jobs and repair important things like bridges. He is going to need more cooperation (and money).
