I have always been a huge fan of the John Denver and the Muppets Christmas album and recently sent the cd as an early Christmas gift to our niece and nephew (although honestly I wonder now if that makes me the "cool aunt" or the "wierd aunt"- too old school??).

But anyway- there was an accompanying tv special that I remember watching in the 80s. It was never released on VHS/DVD, so imagine my delight to discover it on YouTube! Haven't watched it yet but thought there might be some other nostalgic fans like me.....

^ Thank you thank you thank you! That's one of my all-time favourite Christmas albums too.

I just watched the first 4 minutes or so -- "The 12 Days of Christmas" -- and it's actually slightly different than how they did it on the CD. The video isn't perfect but it's still perfectly good enough to get the gist. I'm bookmarking this now to watch the rest over the weekend.
