Rob McCall's mother Evelyn has died at age 85

Rob's brother Steve posted on Evelyn's Facebook page yesterday that she had died in hospital with him at her side. It will be 30 years on November 15th since Rob died.

Evelyn was a skater and a coach in her own right.

There were many comments to Steve's post, from those who started skating under Evelyn's coaching (in small towns in Nova Scotia) to those who have achieved some renown in the skating, coaching, and media world and had interacted with Evelyn along the way.

A sad loss of a very lovely lady. May she rest in peace.
