Hope things are getting better Spaz!! thinking of you!
Spaz, that helmet hair is pretty hilarious. Did it get really hot?
"I miss footwork that has any kind of a discernible pattern. The goal of a step sequence should not be for a skater to show the same ice coverage as a Zamboni and take about as much time as an ice resurface. " ~ Zemgirl, reflecting on a pre-IJS straight line sequence
You are such a beautiful skater, Jesse, lovely poise and presentation on the ice. You two did some great tricks!!
Not many mishaps learning the pair moves actually.
The hair was definitely uncomfortable and very sweaty!
And thanks for all the compliments. Also for all the cards/gifts that have continued to arrive lately.. you guys are super amazing!! <3
Thanks for sharing Spaz! You are a wonderful skater!
Spaz, thanks for sharing. That was cool and fun!

I was hoping you were going to try to get to Skate Canada, Jesse. We'll all come by and get a fabulous group picture!
Voidy Swan, Dirty Carmen, Perverted Moonlight Sonata. God I love figure skating!
I wish SC was not so far away. I am in Arizona, which makes it almost impossible for me to go there.
Glad you get to go to SC. (I'm so jealous!)
There are things that could be done to facilitate your visit to SC, Jesse.
Coordinate with your case manager; and other service providers.
What case manager or service providers? I'm so confused lol.
I tried my first night pass and stayed at home last night. My ~hospital~ bed that I have at home absolutely suckssssssss. But it was nice to be home again for the night for the first time in like a month!
Jesse--try sleeping in the lazy boy--it may be more comfortable than the bed.

I actually bought it hoping that I could do that... but it doesn't lay back far enough and such... and there's no rails at all on it so I have even less control with moving myself.
((((((Spaz)))))) I think what Skatingdreams means is your social worker. Do you have one? Glad you get a night at home and all went well. I am sending you good vibes and lots of hugs in hopes of cheering you up.
They call the "social workers" case managers, here in FL, Jesse. What case manager or service providers? I'm so confused lol.
"Service providers" was my catch-all term for anyone who assists you in moving around or getting from place to place.
Glad to hear you got to stay overnight at home and hope things improve for you in the coming days. You have a remarkable ability to stay positive.
I've been wondering about your Internet setup. Care to describe your system for surfing, reading our posts and responding? I don't mean to be too nosey -- just curious. Take care!
Jessey, it's great to see your sense of humor in a tough situation. I hope you are more comfortable now.
