BUT, if that doesn't worki, log out of IN.
    Close IN.
CLEAR your WEB CONTENT CACHE and your OFFLINE WEB CONTENT CACHE. For Firefox, find the Preferences menu option (in Windows go to Tools; macs it is under Firefoox), click on Advanced on the top and then Network underneath. Under CACHED WEB CONTENT, click the "CLEAR NOW" button. Then do the same under OFFLINE WEB CONTENT where you see the line "Your application cache is currently using <some number> bytes of disk space." Once you've pushed both those buttons, the values should say that you have 0 (zero). Please push each button once, even if the system indicates 0 to begin with (sometimes systems "lie"). You don't have to necessarily close your browser, or reboot UNLESS this doesn't work the first time. But most of the time, this should help you out. (For those of you not using FireFox, you can find out how to accomplish these tasks by looking on the web, becase I dion't want to tell you incorrectly and I honestly don't know how to do this in either IE or Safari.)

Remember, take one step at a time, clear your caches, then try IN. If that doesn't work, clear everything again, close browser, reopen and try IN again. Reboot after clearing cache if just closing the browser didn't do the trick.

Many people, including moi, don't know about clearing the offline cache. But any time, settings are remainng in memory and you are experiencing an undesirable result, you've got to clear out those old, retained settings, before you have any hope of seeing things the way you WANT to see them.

Obviously, if the problem is with how IN has you set up, none of this will help. Sigh, I hope this doesn't happen to you, and everyone is now set up to be able to view what they are supposed to be able to view. If not, remember, when you call IN, ALWAYS ASK FOR AN ACCOUNT SPECIALIST!

I was absolutely amazed, because I did not have a bit of trouble watcing any of the sessions this weekend. I think I was just lucky.
Thanks for all the suggestions. IMO the real problem with IN is their tech support is not there when we need it, and their hours are so limited that they can't even be reached from where I am (PST). I decided to forget about IN and sent in my request for cancellation. The headache is not worth it (to me). I was able to access the Russian feed for SA. I am sure I will be able to access one of the other links to watch the rest of the GP live.

ETA: hopefully that stopped the posting stutter
Q: Why can't I read the competition threads?
A: Competition forums on the board are available to those with a Season Pass or a premium membership How to View Kiss & Cry

Icenetwork s.u.c.k.s Big Time. They are creating problems in my refund which I requested. They say they can't find my email address. Are they kidding? I have been getting emails from them. If they refuse to refund me, I am going to a consumer protection agency. This is unacceptable.

If need be, you can dispute the charge with your credit card provider.

I did not realize that I had that option. I will give IN a few days though to respond. Can't wait too long if I have to dispute the charge.

IN never really responded correctly to my queries about the refund. I managed to call them during my work hours today and after a long process, finally talked to an Account Specialist. She said they have no record of my subscription from last week. When I gave her my order no. she said that they had a glitch last week and that's why my subscription did not go through. However, because of the glitch I received an email indicating the order no. and the subscription. That explains the log in/log out/log in infinite loop I was experiencing. I asked her why I was not informed of the incorrect email with the order no. and she had no answer to that.

I called my credit card Co. to verify that it did not get charged (it didn't). So at least I did not pay for it, but I am disappointed that I missed the entire SA, and spent numerous hours trying to fix the technical issue as well as trying to get help from IN. I am not likely to pay now. I am afraid that something else will go wrong this time, and I have experienced how difficult it is to get any kind of help from IN.

The video works ok, not great. But I now have a much tougher time finding links to US nationals and regionals results from IN.
They just don't make it easy for you

You have to use their calendar function in the Schedule & Results. Click on the little square and it lets you pick which month & year.

: At first, I was using the back key and swearing. :

Or you use my favorite method. Search in Google with site:icenetwork.com U.S. Nationals 2012 to get to the videos list

Results are still not well-handled in older events on IN. For the US events, do this (for international, use site:isuresults.com)
Search in Google with site:usfigureskating.org U.S. Nationals 2012 results
    to get results.

Also there's a search feature on IceNetwork. It works really well.

Really regretting buying an IN subscription this year instead of TvTeka. Sucks waiting for things to be uploaded, dealing with technical issues, the weird IN site that can't get its cookies together and makes me log in a zillion times, etc. Won't make this mistake again
