I maintain that Yulia Vorobieva did it just as well, if not better.

I'll say Ina Bauer into a triple salchow, as I believe it was the only triple salchow she ever landed, and should therefore be preserved in the National Gallery along with all the Old Masters, though of course she is an Old Mistress.

I don't really follow your question, Buzz, because shouldn't they all be contested equally?

Can you re-word it to make clear what you mean?

A certain former regular here would be scandalized by that assertion. (She landed two others. )

    YAY.

It seems to me that the pairs competition is the fiercest at the very top.

Same question. Or not. I dunno.

This is the best one I could find on YouTube. It travels a bit but is still really something.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. (Quite possibly. )

Needs more mileage. I associate the music a bit strongly with Sasha, however. To honest, I found everyone a bit at Japan Open. Oh well it's still early....

    Cranky Impressions from J-Open
Why are Canadians so stupid? Joannie needs to AT LEAST do the team event.
Wagner is not a skater who needs subtle music. Another David Wilson turd. (Jumps look great though)
Easily the least moving program I've ever seen from Daisuke I don't understand the musical cuts
I don't understand Kozuka's NASCAR outfit. Not sure if this was a great musical choice either...go back to Guitar Concerto
Yet another stellar musical choice and gorgeous costume from Adelina
    I didn't bother watching Kanako...any good?

Daisuke. I actually quite liked the programme until that second piece of music started up, and then all I could think of was being at the dentist.

Pick your favourite out of this selection of trees:

    Purple finest Floridian pine tree

It's a fine tree. I have nothing against it at all. It was just the way you answered the question. Rather like you pointing to some sheep in England and asking "What are those?" and me replying, "Mammals."

Orange blossom, though they're all nice.

Ahem. My answer to your question was impeccable. Or was it "unhelpful and a dead giveaway as to my incuriosity about trees"? One of the two.

Breaking Bad, though I've never seen it.

The next hit show on AMC will have which of the following words or names in its title:

    Sad
    Brad
    Ad
    Trad
    Glad
    Vlad
    Plaid
    NORAD
    Egad
    Rad
    Wad
    Cad
    or
    Tad?

What about, "Sad Brad became glad when watching an ad for trad(itional) plaid, but Vlad's girl NORA said "Egad" as she saw that Brad, a tad of a cad, had stolen her wad."

I take all major credit cards, and even a dodgy cheque is OK. Thank you kindly.

What do you wear in bed:

    Pyjamas
    Nightdress
    Short nightdress
    "Grandpa shirt"
    Old t-shirt
    Nothing
    It depends on the circumstances
