Should I visit my cousins in England this year (I go every other year or so)
    Or
Make arrangements for some of them to visit San Francisco? (they've never been)

Nah. Just let spins become simpler elements again.

    the Zayak rule:

    keep it
    change it
    get rid of it
purple I insist that one of the options above is redundant

    Keep it.

And re: #462, I had the buttermilk fried chicken last night, y'all.

Just got back from a whole's day worth of open house touring.

    Would you buy:

    1) a nice home in a nice area of so-so town A with limited price apprecation potential; everything up to date and no major reno needed
    2) a so-so-home in a so-so-area of marginally nicer town B with modest price appreciation potential; everything passable but some long-term reno needed
    3) a fixer-upper in a so-so-area of even marginally nicer town C with sizzling price appreciation potential; $200K worth of rehab identified but not yet done

All 3 would cost the same (at the very limit of your price range).

Having already lived through major renos I'd go with option #1

    I've got a chill. Should I make

    Hot chocolate with Bailey's
    Coffee with Bailey's
    or
green tea (minus the Bailey's )

Here's my pic of the buttermilk fried chicken: boneless breast with ginger-vanilla sweet potato mash, tasso ham cream gravy, and Blue Lake green beans w/parmesan. Lightly fried, not to excess like KFC; almost refreshing.

Topkapi Palace, if only because I haven't been to Istanbul yet whereas I've been to London at least 7 times.

What would you do on an upcoming fall Bay Area weekend?
    "Eat Real" festival
    Massive outdoors S&M festival
Architectural house tour, with private reception with the architect
    All of the above

Nay, as I don't have premium cable at the moment (and not missing it one bit).

If I was tuning into HGTV (or Food Network, it seems these days?), I'd see if my favorite carpenter was on, though.

If not another dog, then a cat, like this, would be nice.

If I were to get a dog:
    St. Bernard
    Golden Labrador
    Labrador Retriever
    Beagle
    Bulldog
    Dachshund
    Great Dane
