Who, the Grimaldis? Can't say we've met, but it sure doesn't appear so. How many sets of babymamas and kids has Albert renounced now? Three?

I do think Albert is gross looking. One thing about the Grimaldis, though - they hit the wall fast and early. But their perceived trashiness does keep things interesting.

And if Princess Charlene doesn't have a child, what will happen then I wonder???

Yes, well I was going to illustrate your point with an image search of the words, "Prince Albert," and unfortunately discovered that my SafeSearch wasn't engaged. Ironically, the resulting anatomical images were less disgusting than those of the Moron-acan.

Then Princess Caroline and her family will rule Monaco. She's Albert's older sister, but she's still next in line if Albert and Charlene don't have kids. And Caroline has a son (Andrea Casiraghi) and grandson (well, he's not legit yet, but when Andrea and Tatiana marry in a few weeks, their son Sacha will be third in line).

Hopefully Charlene's hot genetics can override those of the Grimaldi clan, but that plan didn't work for Grace.

His fleeting appeal and rapid decline are similar to that of Prince Edward's. I doubt Eddie would appreciate the comparison, but since he beats his own dogs, he doesn't have a lot of room for indignation.

Oh and a pretty cool castle.
As nice as the Grand Duchy's palace in Luxembourg? I love that place and so want to go back. Now that is supposed to be a good-looking family, correct?

Can you list the last 1,000 years of English/UK monarchs in order? Here's a rhyme that can help: http://bit.ly/1cNE7vK

Prince Edward is a hunk compared to his big brother. And I don't mean Andrew.

I think the term originated with the movie American Pie (which was very vulgar). It stands for Mom I'd like to F-

Oh - ok thanks. Pity the thread has to sink to that level - it is usually pretty upbeat and pleasant

Edward was fine at Charles' wedding, and was just a year or two younger than Diana. Andrew was looking good then, too. I wonder if she ever thought she was hooking up with the wrong brother.

That's a pretty tasteless title. I think I preferred just "Royalty Thread".

Rumor has it that it was Andrew's picture she had in her room at school. Edward has never been a great looker, but he also hasn't taken a nose dive either. Andrew, on the other hand, IMHO was good looking when young but now always looks like a pompous a$$. Just MHO, of course.

As to Andrew's children, I highly doubt their husbands will be offered titles. Charles seems determined to streamline the Monarchy and they are now well down the line of succession. There really is no need for their children to be titled.
A good rant is cathartic. Ranting is what keeps me sane. They always come from a different place. Take the prime minister, for example. Sometimes when I rant about him, I am angry; other times, I am just severely annoyed - it's an important distinction. - Rick Mercer
