I would have voted for Malinina, but voted for Harding over Kim because Harding's Lutz had a better/deeper outside edge and had more distinction between her Lutz and flip technique.

Honorable mention: Ye Bin Mok also had amazing hang time on her Lutz: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qlv6n5EQq3U

It's obvious that at least 10+ ladies have/had very good litzes. However, how many of them have/had ltz with all of the following qualities at once:
. Speed and flow in and out of the jump
    . Good height
    . Jump covers good distance
    . True outside edge
    . Controlled and smooth landings
    . Consistency and reliability
    . Effortlessness

    I'd say only Yuna's qualifies.

One thing I can't help but admire is Mok's 2A. She had such beautiful timing and a delicate landing on it.

Yuna Kim's 3 lutz is wonderful, but I picked Tonya. Her 3 lutz was even more IMO

I was going to mention Mok as well - absolutely stunning lutz.

Viktoria Volchkova had one of the best 3 lutzes.

Volchkova had great spring and a correct edge but little flow out of the jump. She shouldn't be considered. In fact, I think Sokolova's was superior, especially in the latter part of her career. Just as much height, an extreme outside edge, and really good speed in and out of the jump.

However, both are second-tier, but not the best of all time.

Malinina is my pick for runner-up. So much extra time on the way down an great flow on the landing with a landing position that was very aesthetically pleasing, even if it wasn't conductive for combination jumps.

For me, it's gotta be Harding, in her peak form. Super height, great outside edge, but unparalled speed and flow out of the jump. In fact, I wish I could lose my virginity to Harding's 3lutz.

Butyrskaya for that pure, deep outside edge alone.

Thank you for mentioning her. She often does not get credit for what she does well. She had a pure lutz in days when flutzes were common and not marked down.

I like Yuna‘s 3Lz inserted in this video (in which Yamada, former Ito coach praises Yuna‘s jump).

I proudly introduce you Mutsumi Takayama, as I assume most of you have never heard of her. Her 3Lz was gem in the night of Japanese Nationals. Her 3Lz is as breathtaking as Midori's IMO and she's so much loved for it.

It really depends on what you prefer. The 2 that are the most in my opinion are yuna & midori

But if u like jumps that look effortless then the best would probably be midori, or agnes.

Or if you like lots of height it would be Slutskaya, Volchokova or Sebestyan

If u like great distance then tonya or Gracie might be your favourite.

All are very deserving of having the highest amount of votes. its just which one u prefer

Maybe it is just me and I have met my Gracie overload. But I think it is premature to include Gold on this list of proven veterans with only one fair GP season under her belt. It even made me nervous to see Agnes on the list with Ando, Ito, Kim etc,
Too much too soon. I think she has great ability and is a very pretty girl but I think she is given credit in advance of what we think she can do instead of what she has actually accomplished thus far.
