I am glad above all that Miki Ando who doesn't have a qualification to participate to this event because she was absent from the competition during 2 seasons was given the opportunity to show the performance there, being invited as the guest skater. I look forward to her performance.

In June 28th, the ice show, "Dreams on Ice" by the domestic and international top players was held in Shinyokohama Skate Center, and Miki Ando who comes back to the competition in the season of Sochi Olympics danced gracefully to the melody of hymn "Amazing Grace". In the landing of the triple Salchow which she is good at, she uncommonly touched the ice by hand, but she showed the jump after a long interval.

Yuzuru Hanyu, Akiko Suzuki (Howa Sports Land) and Kanako Murakami (Chukyo University), too, who participated to the Worlds in March participated.

Mao Asada (Chukyo University) and Daisuke Takahashi (Kansai University Kansai Postgraduate School) did not participate.

I heard they had free time for quad( or any difficult jump) challenges for the curtain call. On Sunday People tweeted Kevin did 4Lo-half loop-3-3-3, Nobu 4T-3T-2Lo, Yuzu 4T-3T-3T, Mura 4Tso, Ryuju 4Tfall, and Keiji did 4Tfall. On Saturday people tweeted Kevin did 3S-3T-3Lo, Nobu 3A-3T, Yuzu 3A into eagle, and Satoko did 3-3.

In June 28th, Miki Ando challenged 3S after a long interval, but fell regrettably.
According to her facebook, she seems to have nailed 3S tightly while challenging it again in the night stage in June 29th.

The casts were in Yukata Kimonos at the after party.Nice big simile from Nobu. People tweeted Javier and Kevin were in Yukata, too. Hopefully I can find some more photos.

Cathy Reed & Chris Reed on their official homepage.
    http://ameblo.jp/reed-icedance-blog/...563878844.html

Our program in "Dreams on Ice" was "Onmyoji" in this time.
As for the costume, our mother designed corresponding to the image of Nara and Heian era.

    The photo:

As for the program also of free skating of this season, it treats Japan as the theme, but is differ somewhat from this "Onmyoji".
    Everybody! Did you enjoy?

In the fan meeting after the show, we wear the Yukata.

The person in charge put on my obi very nicely.

    Refernce:
"Onmyoji" is the post of the government official who treats divination and magic in ancient Japan of around 950 year. Perhaps, the role of "Onmyoj" may be like a Merlin of King Arthur of legend of Britain.

Miki Ando in her official facebook.

    Translating to English from Japanese.
It is the state of her jump with "Dream on Ice" ( 6/30 ).
The person concerned spilled tears unconsciously because they had watched the effort by her after childbirth.
She returned to this place well.
It doesn't fill 3 months from her childbirth.
At first, she seems to have felt even the skates heavy.
Because many persons sent her the warm word after the broadcasting of this topics on the TV program, all the parties concerned are impressed.
In all ages, Miki Ando is an ordinary girl who likes the figure skating and has a dream to become a coach. But she is a Worlds champion twice and is a mother also of one child now. Please cheer her from now on also.

Miki's jump at "Dream on Ice" in July 30th.

Miki Ando in the opening of the final day (6/30) of "Dream on Ice". Her look is telling everything.
