    I'd agree that Galina Cohen and Jody Flatt probably don't deserve to be on this list, but Mama Joubert and Daddy Kwan definitely do! You don't have to be a woman to be a "Skating Mom"

    Pat Lipinski would probably qualify as a skating mom too on that basis that she was omni-present and very vocal, but Tara was way more of a disciplined trainer than her mom could have forced her to be. That must have been a core personality trait of hers.
