    Mao has experimented with different styles in her exhibitions and they worked quite well. Her "Por Una Cabeza" for example was quite enjoyable. And although Chopin Ballade can be seen as lyrical fare, it is a far from an overused or conventional piece of skating music. Personally, I actually feel Chopin's piano compositions are not easy pieces to skate to and this is probably why they aren't as used as some other classical pieces. Perhaps it is a match between a skater's style and that of the composer, but I feel Mao really brings the melodies to life everytime she skates to a Chopin piece.

    It seems music is almost same with her nocturne at 16 years old. But she has become more mature
