    No, he's a complete fool. :

My favourite Tale is The Merchant's Tale, because it's really nasty and sordid, and ends with the young wife copulating in a pear tree with a young man she fancies, while her elderly husband can't see. The Miller's Tale is also great fun.

    Greater contribution to literature:

    Aeschylus
    Sophocles
    Homer
    Dante
    Chaucer
    Shakespeare
    The Brontes
    Arthur Miller
Jeffrey Archer (some mistake shurely, yes it's a joke)

Otto Preminger blurbed the US paperback edition of Kane and Abel (and perhaps some others) as one of the best novels he'd ever read.

    1) No.
    2) Shakespeare, tied with the three-headed borg of Aeschylus, Sophocles, and Euripides.

Yes all right, Miss Perfect - I forgot Euripides. It's the middle of the night here.

Nay. I used to like it, but it seems so smug now, that the team captains and guests seem just as bad as the politicians or whoever they're lampooning.

Choose one good reason why I should finally go to bed:

    It's 3.05am
    It's 3.05pm
    It's 3.05am
It's getting light, so it must be morning........OK, not actually true

We get rain and fog here sometimes too. And parts of it have snow. As for "Gales"....

    You tell me.

I enjoy The Skating Lesson...but mostly for Jenny Kirk. I usually just stick a post-it over Dave's side of the screen.

Note to self: print out a small photograph of and affix it to a post-it.

I don't know about the Ancient Stones; I've left such childish things behind and now listen only to Scriabin and Shostakovich.
