Shouldn't be any of those. SciFi not fantasy. In the early 1980's, when Nickelodeon was getting started, they showed The Tomorrow People.

Series One, Episode One, Pt. One

I think that people who designed the opening credits of Fringe used to watch this series

I'm gonna keep an open mind but good grief it looks cheesy. Shouldn't be too expensive to make a show about a bunch of telepaths so hopefully this one will not get cancelled too quickly.

It's on the CW, so it'll be about young, really good looking telepaths who want to date each other. Should do pretty well.

NBC has just cancelled Go On, the Matthew Perry sitcom. We're still awaiting word on Community and The New Normal, which are on the bubble.

CBS has just cancelled CSI: NY, Vegas, and Golden Boy.

CBS had just picked up the following new series:

    Intelligence

A drama starring Josh Holloway from Lost. He's a federal agent who has a microchip implanted in his brain, to help with fighting crime... somehow.

    Hostages

Based on an Israeli tv show. Toni Collette and Dylan McDermott are in this one. It involves a family caught in a political conspiracy.

    Beverly Hills Cop

    Need I say more?

    Mom

A comedy about a newly sober mom living in, of all places, Napa Valley

    Millers

Will Arnett is in this one, which means I'll probably at least check it out. A son gets divorced, and his parents have their own marital issues.

    We are Men

Kal Penn, Tony Shalhoub. A young guy finds friendship while living among the more experienced guys he meets in a short-term rental complex. Now, to me, this one sounds like a winner.

    Crazy Ones

Robin Williams! Sarah Michelle Gellar! In a David E. Kelley workplace comedy. Could be worth checking out.

I wanted to like Vegas but stopped watching after lover boy ( Jason O'Mara ) killed a mobster in self defence but covered it up because, of all things in this world, he didn't want to loose his oochie coochie girl. If you are making a two dimensional tv show about good guys v bad guys then this was just a rrreally dumb way to go so soon after the show began. But I am bummed about Southland.

Not surprised about CSI:NY...it has been living on borrowed time for a year or two. I used to watch it regularly...started to lose interest when Melina Kanakaredes left. Then FOX moved FRINGE to Friday night, and I had to make a choice...FRINGE won.

NBC just renewed Community! I love that show, so yay for me!

Apparently, according to Variety, they renewed it because they knew that if they did not, they knew the show had a strong enough cult following that it would be shopped and either another network would pick it up, or - more likely - it would go digital to Hulu, Netflix, or Amazon. Variety cited as examples shows with similar cult followings that were cancelled on a network and then bought by another venue, such as Futurama and Arrested Development.

Yeah, we were holding our breath!

But popular shows have been cancelled before: Dr. Quinn, Murder She Wrote, Without A Trace....

    EDIT:

BTW, speaking of shows with gay parents, NBC cancelled The New Normal.
