Thumbs up Yuna Kim tries to make world a better place

    http://fskating.com/2013/04/yuna-kim...ter-place.html

This time, the skater, who is one of the most significant and influential people in Korea, donated all the prize money earned at the 2013 World Championships to UNICEF.

According to this organization, Kim’s donation of $ 45,000 will go to the foundation that helps children with disabilities.

“During my work as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, I realized that prejudice against disabled children was still strong and that more help was needed. I want to continue helping children with disabilities so that they can grow up healthy and happy.” Yuna’s forum quotes the athlete.

Recall that she also sent to charity all the prize funds she got after taking the silver at the 2011 World Championships.
The world skating star is continuing her humanitarian efforts in many ways. Some of them were (and are) extremely important and significant, such as help to Haiti earthquake victims in January 2010, donations to children affected by the Japanese earthquake in 2011 and unceasing help for Korean children in need. She also supports Korean youth involved in sports.

The total amount of funds sent by the skater to the charity is about two million dollars.

She really is a splendid young woman.
I hear outside a million panicking birds, and know even out there comfort is done with; it has shattered even the stars, this creature at last come home to me.

"In the end, only kindness matters." Inspired by Yuna's generosity. It's a rare quality.
