Brian Boitano and Elvis Stojko did triple toe loops in Brian's Christmas special this year. The only female I can think of who might be able to is Denise Biellmann, if she is still skating. I don't think there is much pro work these days, so there aren't as many 40 year olds performing as in past decades.

Boitano reportedly still trains 2 hours a day, and Biellmann and Stojko are fitness buffs who do other sports.

Midori Ito did a double axel in adult competition at age 40 training just 4 hours/week.

I don't know of any females.
Larry Holiday had a triple called at Adult Nationals this year. He's 49.

Sabovcik, and he also did a quad on his birthday every year until at least early 40s.

Here's a thread from last fall, discussing Donald Jackson landing a triple sal at age 65! http://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/show...o-land-triples

Surya Bonaly is turning 40 in December (whoa)... maybe she will be the first.

Just saw Kurt Browning do several last night in Toronto. And a few in warmups today. Triple toe and triple sal. He's 46.

It wouldn't surprise me. Her skating even has edges now.

Boitano will turn 50 in October -- he's still doing triple toe and triple salchow and triple toe-double toe

I saw Victor Petrenko do some triples during a practice session a few years ago. I know he's not female, though.
And so, dear Lord, it is with deep sadness that we turn over to you this young woman, whose dream to ride on a giant swan resulted in her death. Maybe it is your way of telling us... to buy American.

Is Kristi Yamaguchi still skating? She was 20 in 1992. That makes her 40+

If she is skating, chances are she can still do triple jumps

I wouldn't be surprised if Josee Chouinard still has some triples. She's 43 now.

Yes, she will be the first. In last year she did backflip.
