From the tweets, they did a lift in the opening. As for "Samson and Delilah", their SP, they did side-by-side 3S, a double twist lift, a successful throw jump and a beautiful death spiral.

In addition, this article says JSF sends Takahashi/Kihara and the Reeds to Nebelhorn Trophy.

It looks to be completely different from her first Nocturne but I love what I see so far. The choreography is more mature and she's giving waaaay more feeling to the movements. Too bad about the jump issues but hopefully she'll get herself together by the start of the season. I'm excited to the see rest of it...

I don't care about the jumps she did at a show in July under spot light but I do care that she is emoting much more and giving off this regal presence. She seems to be more committed to expressing the music and with her whole body too. Can't wait to see the real thing.

Can't believe it's been 7 years since she debuted the program. Her development, maturity and grace is out of this world.

I thought new nocturne is even more beautiful than her first nocturne ! can't wait to see full video
when she did first nocturne, she was the most promising young skater... Many fans love so much her many things at those days, I wish Mao can do amazing things and achieve as well as she did when she was young

Thank you! It is lovely indeed. I am not sure if I like the dress - it is beautiful, but it looks like the proportions are not right on Mao, and I can't even figure out in what way.

A lot info rushed and I don't know what to post right now hmmm -- OK I'll post the photos from skaters twitter/insta.

    From Alex Shibtani's:
I guess Alex is recording another ShibShib video and these are from the making..

After the last show in Aichi where they did three shows, all casts visited Kyoto on Thursday. Kyoto is one of the most traditional area in Japan. It seems there they had dinner accompanied by Geikos, who are special Geishas working in Kyoto in brief. They are so special not only in beauty of appearances but also in the high qualities of their traditional dancing, singing and playing the instlements.

Here's the video of Geiko. It seems the skaters are so quiet watching her Japanese traditional dance.

    From Kovtun's
Chernishov, the choreographer of him and Sotonikova in this season, and Lambiel were at the arena. Funny to see Lambiel is in the jacket of Team Japan. Maybe it's because he joined the Nobeyama training camp as an instructor and the Japanese novice skaters including Marin and Miyu Honda trained with him.( You can see the video of the camp here.)

Photos with Geikos.(Actually I see the left one is not Geiko. She is Maiko who is younger Geiko. They have complicated rules in wearing their kimonos and accessories.)

A photo of the dinner in Kyoto. Maybe it's a part of Kaiseki, in which set of dishes are served on an individual tray for entertaining guests, in other words it's a kind of Japanese traditional banquet.

They have three more shows in Osaka on Saturday and Sunday. There the audience would be something around 9,000/one show and the shows are planed to be recorded and aired on Aug.1 (Fuji TV, Kanto area). I'm not sure but Chukyo TV(Aichi, local) recorded shows in Aichi and will air on July 28.

They had a press conference after the last show in Aichi so the articles and short news clips are here and there, and many reports are on twitter. But my post is already long enough so I shut up now.

One more photo from Gracie's insta. From the left Maiko, Gracie, and Geiko.

These are from Maia's tweets, Seems they are headings to the rink for the practice on Friday. How cute!

The afternoon show on Saturday finished. Some reports on twitter say Mao was in the new purple costume for Noc and landed 3A(so). Taking it into consideration that she skated at the small rink and in the lighting, it's a quite good attempt from her in this early season. Anyway it seems people loved her performance and the costume.

Many of the casts debuted their new competitive programs in The Ice Tour so far, such as Mao, Adelina, Koftun, Miyahara and Takahashi/Kihara. Reynolds, Kozuka and Mura did their new ones although they have already debuted them. Hopefully they'll air all of them.

Thanks for the report, rosewood! One question - what does "(so)" mean?

OK,babayaga, it's my pleasure. She did a 3A and *stepped out*.

Thanks to babayaga I'm given a chance for one more post. If people allow me, I'd like to write some more about Kevin. His new Ex is based on the Japanese manga comic/animation called "Kids on the Slope"( its original title is "Sakamichi no Aporon"). Here is one of the vids of the original animation.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvjxdrEo6qQ I heard he did the Ex in The Ice shows and it was so loved by the audience. Today I found the manga artist drew a picure of Kevin. https://twitter.com/yukicdm/status/3...171776/photo/1 And she just tweeted she decided to go and see Kevin skating at the rink on Sunday. I wonder if Kevin knows that.

That the artist would do his portrait is a real complement to Kevin.

    The Ice show cm http://youtu.be/Oc91PhNjZAc
Although already rosewood mentioned, Mao landed 3A ! show in saturday was private to the media. So, unfortunately, video of it was not uploaded.

and Mao wore New dress. I heard mao's new dress looks like similar form with Nakano's this dress. color is light purple. something like colors of Liebestraum, clair de lune.
as said, the show in saturday was private to the media, There is no picture yet

She said her jump components would be the same in next season with the last season
    http://www.nikkansports.com/sports/n...8-1164332.html
The title of article is she is challenging 8 triples. mainly It says doing 8 triples is so hard thing in figure skating and when she could achieve 8 triples is in her junior years,
and she will challenge to achieve it in next season..
