She may be just training there? Kozuka is training there too?. I think Camerlengo's choreo may suit Akiko?

I think so too. Looking forward to hearing about the new programs from skaters.

Well all her choreos last year were by Team Camerlengo (Kriyova SP, Camerlengo FP, Scali Ex) and they seemed to suit her just perfectly.

    I’m currently in Detroit.
Of course I’m here to get new choreography, but I’m also hoping for the chance to refresh myself since it’s just been so hectic right after WTT.

Haven Denney/Brandon Frazier's Senior Pairs FS is "Notre-Dame de Paris," choreographed by Julie Marcotte (who will also choreograph their SP in the near future) - article link and excerpt are posted here: http://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/show...=1#post3924224

I'd love to see Gracie skate to Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella Waltz. It's just made for big jumps. Ah well...

R&H's entire Cinderella score is gorgeous from top to bottom. Wish it was used more often in skating!

Hmmm, yes indeed. Prokofiev's Cinderella Suite would also suit Gracie Gold:

I have a feeling many programs will look exactly alike.

As per Ryan Stevens' twitter, Lorna Brown is currently doing choreography for Emanuel Sandhu: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Lorna...ed_target_id=0 Anyone know if this is for a competitive program?

I don't know anything about Sandhu's programs but Lorna Brown used to choreograph for Kevin van der Perren (she did the competitive programs for his final season).

Please name three recent programs choreographed by Julie Marcotte that "look exactly alike."

Are you referring to complete programs or to some signature "Marcotte-invented" moves within programs.

I love this photo! I'd love to have a copy blown up. Two great artists of figure skating. Thanks for posting. (Can anyone tell who the female skater is in the background?)

Here's a guess as to who the choreographer(s) might have been via Jorik Hendrickx's tweeted photo a few days ago: http://instagram.com/p/Zb2oUpvNKl/

Canada's Alaine Chartrand tweeted 2 days ago:
"So excited about my new programs! Thank you so much Jeff Buttle and David Wilson! #amazing"

Emanuel was coaching at a competition this weekend. I suspect he has moved on from competing.
A good rant is cathartic. Ranting is what keeps me sane. They always come from a different place. Take the prime minister, for example. Sometimes when I rant about him, I am angry; other times, I am just severely annoyed - it's an important distinction. - Rick Mercer

Um, you basically described most competitive skating between the years of 1980-2004.

Max Aaron has a "way upbeat" SP choreographed by Pasquale Camerlengo and his FS is "a contemporary arrangement of Carmen [found by Lori Nichol that] ... varies between a classic and modern take..." - link to his Q&A and an excerpt is posted here: http://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/show...=1#post3926332

Is this the first confirmed Carmen of the season?
Sometimes I think I lost something really important to me, and it turns out I already ate it.
