    Adam Scott/Masters Question

Honestly, is Adam Scott's win big in Oz? I know what the American broadcasters say but what do the Aussies truly think?

Golf is huge in Australia and no Australian has ever won the Masters. It has to be big.

Adam Scott is hot so that's nice, too.

The story is front and center on the webpages of every major Australian newspaper.

Congratulations to Australia for their first Masters win! I was glued to my TV all day hoping one of the Aussie boys would do it

I was rooting for Scott, then Day. Scott was on that Best Player Who Hasn't Won a Major list so it is good to see him get that monkey off his back. With his early success, everyone thought he'd have a small handful of them by now. It was so amazing to see him get those birdie putts. Day has been knocking at the door in the last 3 seasons. I think Day will win one soon.

Wasn't/Isn't he dating Kate Hudson? I don't think he plays for our team, unfortunately.

Adam Scott? He dated Ana Ivanovic for quite some time.

It is very big. Lead story on the news and one of the newspapers had a four page spread wrapped around their usual paper just on his win today.

I'm not Australian, but I'm very into golf, and I do know it is HUGE. Australia has been pining for this specific win for years, as no Australian has ever won before, and a lot because of the immense heartbreak Greg Norman suffered 3 times at the Masters in his career. The Prime Minister called it an historic day for Australian sport.
