Entries are up for the first event, http://www.hksu.org/contents/upload/...ule_CHN_SZ.pdf Nice to see 7 pairs teams. Most of the Asian skaters were at Malyasian nationals this week so the field here is pretty small.

Are you sure sammyf those couples are obvious couples? It seems to me more as an artistic performance of two skaters within the age group, both partners in the Hongkong couple are entered at Basic Junior Ladies event so I suppose one of them wouldn´t be able to change the gender in such a short period of time

^^^ Maisy Ma has been training in California with Tammy Gambill and finished 3rd in Junior Ladies at LA Open this past weekend. She'll be making her JGP debut this year, I believe.

Misha Ge (UZB) debuted his new programs at the Asian Junior FS Challenge in Nanjing, China (dates were changed to July 12-14) - here's a video of his new SP to Albinoni's "Adagio in G minor": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fW-R-UOcakE

Ge tweeted on July 14: "Tough day, but Done! With 209 Points and Clean FP got First Place at Asian Challenge in China/Nanjing. =)"

Results/protocols are supposed to be published online after July 18: http://www.hksu.org/cgi-bin/display/...ws=84&lang=ENG
