    Fiat Topolino

I had a couple of Fiats when I had just passed my test. I sold the first one for some princely sum, and a few weeks later spotted it sporting a 'Recycled Ferrari' sticker.

Is it selfish ipso facto to be a billionaire?

I could probably eat a whole Boston cream pie by myself. (Followed by a few hours consumed with self-loathing )

    More recycling:

    Which appeals to you more:

A night in a casino winning lots of money
    or
Making love on a tropical beach under the stars and with a breeze in the palm trees?

There was NEVER any sex in Barbara Cartland. I thought this was well-known, even to those, who like me, who don't read that brand of romantic fiction. She used to proclaim, "All my heroines are virgins."

It was a serious question. I'd like to know who would choose the second option.

    1) I'd choose the second, but I could use the money. (With that attitude, it's a wonder I'm not the Empress of FSU. )
    2) Artistic gymnastics doesn't interest me, so I don't know enough to answer either way. That said, if this is just one competition in which third- and fourth place were achieved by gymnasts who fell twice, I don't see how that could be a fair statement.

Director whose adaptation of a Barbara Cartland novel you think would be most entertaining:

    Danny Boyle
    Catherine Breillat
    Peter Greenaway
    Albert Hughes and Allen Hughes
    Sally Potter
    Lars von Trier

One of the B**kbuster authors then (Jackie Collins, Jilly Cooper, Shirley Conran)! Sorry, I'm no expert on Cartland

Danny Boyle could make a good film out of even the most god awful of material

Why do you think the choice of sex and love over money exists only in the realm of crappy writers? I don't get it. And I'm no expert on Cartland either, if that's what you're implying.

Jennifer Jason Leigh had the fun role...

    The Fugitive (1993 film):

    a classic
boring; at once overheated and half-baked
a decent entertainment; no more, no less

Great film - a classic, although the David Janssen TV series was even better

On the balance of probabilities (51% - as opposed the criminal standard of beyond a reasonable doubt), did Sam Sheppard murder his wife - yes or no?
