hope and faith.... loved that show.
My So Called Life is one of my favourite shows of all time. I've probably watched it in its entirety at least a dozen times. A shame there are only 19 episodes
Combat hospital - I was just getting into it and it was gone
A good rant is cathartic. Ranting is what keeps me sane. They always come from a different place. Take the prime minister, for example. Sometimes when I rant about him, I am angry; other times, I am just severely annoyed - it's an important distinction. - Rick Mercer
Starcops- a British series from the late 80s which only had 9 episodes. Pity- it was excellent.
I know. But I do not approve. And I am not resigned.

I second Rome... oh how I love Rome!
Rome as a show was okay BUT for man eye candy was fabulous.
This is going back a long time, but there used to be a show called Homefront that I loved.
Figure skating is hard.
Criminal Minds:Suspect Behavior - they ended it after 13 episodes on a freaking CLIFFHANGER. That's just cruel. There's no reason they couldn't have made one 1 more show or not shown that episode knowing it was going to be canceled.

Legend of the Seeker
and it's already been said Firefly
I'm going to twizzle into a triple axel and spiral out of it.
Since there's so much My So Called Life love here, I'm surpirsed there's no mention of Once and Again, which I felt was pretty much like a grown up version of MSCL. I thought it was amazing, and although it lasted 3 seasons, it was given the boot with even less ceremony that MSCL. So much was left unresolved, and to add to the insult, TPTB are holding season 3 hostage so that it's never been available on DVD and might never be.
Thank god for fans, because with fan funding (more than double their goal!) a movie has been greenlit to film this summer and release next year. Fans will finally get to see what happens. Plus: LOGAN!!!
Life (with Damian Lewis)
And the one where Christian Slater plays some uber-spy that has a regular guy alter ego, and the two ended up mixing. I forget the name of it, but it only lasted one season and I really thought it was an interesting concept.
Sarah Connor Chronicles
I think I will have a snack and take a nap before I eat and go to sleep.
The Phoenix (with Judson Scott)
I also agree with those who mentioned Dark Angel, The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Nowhere Man, and Now And Again. Loved all of those shows, and have most of them on DVD.
