I've seen it in a few different places. Since they are known for a strict return policy, I'm guessing that this is something individual stores did, rather than the company as a whole.
The article made it seem like the CEO said that was the policy and could still be in the policy in individual stores, but I saw the words "you don't have to bend over in the store. Just bring your pants in, no questions asked" come out of his lips with my own eyes on the news so that's why I'm wondering. I mean I really heard him say "no questions asked" which is very different than the quotes in this article.
But maybe he changed his mind.
