Why do you always have only bad words for I/K?! Go away if you dislike them so much!

Maybe that mean they will beat your favourites B/S next season, who knows!

It sounds like the Russians (both pairs and dance) are really keen on getting some kind of input from Shpilband.
    That's fabulous!

What are you taking about? I think that they are immensely talented and I love the speed they carry across the ice.

I just think that Morozov has turned them to crap and given them te worst material and guidance. (He sent them to Kustarova for gods sakes...)

And I'm not going to go away. If you don't like my jokes about the "masterpieces" Morozov will give them, you can put me on ignore.

Everything but the programs was going so well before worlds. Best gp results and best euros results then at worlds it all crashed for I/k. I mean I/k being coached by him were either 15th or 16th in Tes out of 20 teams! It was ruinous. They are limping to Sochi. They'll probably get there but there support in Russia among the elites is so weak. They were even behind k/a in the 2011 free dance!

According to this interview, Evgeni Plushenko plans on competing in both team and individual events in Sochi:
    http://www.team-russia2014.ru/article/figur/10700.html

    Keypoints from the interview:
    - He thinks there is enough time in between the events to recover for the individual competition.
    - He said it's great to have a team event.
    - He is planning to compete in the GP in Moscow and some other national and international events, and also the European Championships
    - He is now preparing his new programs at the base in Novogorsk, but didn't yet give any information about them
    - He is not travelling to Israel for a scheduled check up by the doctor who did the back surgery as this doctor is coming to Russia and will see him there

By Alexei Mishin, choreographers for one of several versions of Plushenko's new Short Program will be Maxim Staviski and David Avdish.

Yes, Mishin talks about it in this interview:
    http://www.team-russia2014.ru/article/figur/10702.html

Most of the interview has the same content as the one posted earlier on the website of the Russian Fed.

Any other information on his programs?
I hope he keeps his Saint-Saens FP. It's awesome.

They talked about two new programs.

But this is good news, also Alexei Mishin: “Things are going even better than I expected”

Such a shame the Saint-Saens LP was never able to be performed to its full potential. It was really fantastic.

I'm really curious as to what he was doing with that Romeo and Juliet program of his - sad we never got to see it.

Would also be awesome. Also...didn't Nino Rota bring Plush quite a lot of luck in the past?

He won OGM skating to the Godfather, which was composed by Rota, so skating to Rota's R&J could bring him luck.

Thank you... I didn't know that the Godfather soundtrack is Rota's music, I have not ever thought about it, who is the original composer. I ashamed of myself...
