How far back are you intending to go? These are the ones I remember most fondly, regardless of medal or not, just emotion:
Elizabeth Manley - 1988 Olympics after FP, realizing that she won the silver.
Rudi Galindo - 1996 Worlds after FP (already mentioned)
Isabelle and Paul Duchesnay 1991 Worlds after FD, immediately after finishing their program, and even better, 1990 Worlds after FD.
Marina Klimova/Sergei Ponomarenko - 1992 Olympics after FD.
Barbara Fusar-Poli/Maurizio Margaglio 2006 Olympics after FD (without a medal, but that's what I call reconciliation, love them!)
Albena Denkova/Maxim Staviski - 2006 Worlds backstage when realizing they won.

How well I remember that anthem. I was in the audience, singing as loud as I could, along with the rest of the audience. I still get goosebumps watching the clip.

Kevin van der Perren in general is gives great happy reactions when he's done well - his 2011 Euros SP in particular (fist pump so enthusiastic I thought he dislocated his shoulder!) is a favourite.

Megan Duhamel starts cheering while being held upside down on a lift (Canadian Nationals, 2012 LP), but I can't find video.

One of my favs Michelle Kwan's reaction at 03 Worlds..total elation in the kiss n cry and then her being overwhelmed during the backstage interviews.

Her redemption after another Oly heartbreak.

Yuna at 2009 worlds and olympics both after free skate. They were the moments that she realized her long-hoped dreams and the expressions on her face are priceless.

Kevin Reynolds at this 4cc. You should definitely get those moments.

Arakawa at Torino Olympics when it became clear that she is the winner at the backstage.

And all the kwan moments I thought of are already mentioned

When Meryl and Charlie confirmed their world title making history.

Brian Boitano at Calgary olys. That was something.

It is not a skater's reaction but Tarasova right after G/P finished their memorial requiem FD at Nagano. That made me more fall in love with the whole performance.

I agree with D/S not all wins happen in the K&C, many teams watching win backstage and it can be just as exciting.
