    ETA: I had no idea her aunt was Roberta Flack.

    That was a great interview.
    Rory proves that you can achieve great success as a Pro, even if you don't have the results you hoped for in eligible competition.
    It's hard to believe that I first saw her as a Novice, in 1980!

    I did not become familiar with until I watched her on TV as a pro. Boy, was I impressed! Good for her!

    Indeed - one of the truest examples of a skater going from disappointing results as an amateur to a very successful pro career - beating skaters like Nancy Kerrigan, Liz Manley, Yuka Sato & many more along the way. She's truly one of a kind! Just love her.
