Joining the cheer- Alexander had a great year, National's LP was magic. With my crush on Dickson's work and with Johnson skating brilliantly I hope they continue their success into next year!

I showed his Nationals LP to some of my non-skating friends and both of them loved it. It's too bad NBC didn't find a way to show it on their broadcast since it was *that* good. Looking forward to a couple of clean skates from him in the Challenge Cup .

Such a close score to Joubert's!

I just want Alex to skate as well as he did in Omaha.

I don't know whether it's been posted here before, this is a video of Alex's short program at Challenge Cup (without sound unfortunately): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOeWxp5bb4I
Lovely, lovely skating! Hope he does well in the long program too :-)

His short program here was such a step up from the one he did at Nationals. I'm not sure he could top his long from Omaha, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a repeat.

You really hope that talented skaters at the very least get to have that one moment where they put it all together. Glad to see that now people know who he is. His back on his landings is probably the nicest moment he has. And I have to say that the 3Z+1L+3F combo is now my new favorite jump element out of all that I have seen. So so tough and the power and flow through all parts of the element was exceptional.

80 in PCS is very impressive. I'm glad to see that the judges rewarded his wonderful skating and choreography.

It's okay that the music isn't there; I've watched his Nationals performance so many times I don't need to hear it.

I'm so happy he did well.
