I don't care who knows it, but I just love these two, who makes a great dynamic team that made great tribute to the sport and continues to raise figure skating as a Winter Olympic premier event. I love the fact how everything comes together like part of one long legacy, and that memories are never forgotten and are meaningful beyond scoring/points/ranks/medals. How the greats can continue to inspire the young and be life changing. Without Yuna (who also volunteered and taught the special Olympics team), would there be Korean Gold and Silver medalists at the figure skating for the Special Olympics? Are these random coincidences?

Likewise, without a Midori Ito, would Japan been so obsessed with 3A that resulted Mao's amazing feat to land 3 x 3A at the Winter Olympic games? If Midori and Mao goes on the ice today at any event, I'd love to see it and appreciate those who'd refer them here. Life is short and I hardly ever visit other parts of the forum beyond the GSD and Trashcan.

I have always believed any Olympics event deserve as to get as much media attention and recognition. Having lived through and experienced the Summer Paralympic games in London made me appreciate so much about all athletes and human potentials. Global events that held a mirror to highlight peak human achievements that we don't hear about every day. The more the press the coverage, the better. Don't suppress it, celebrate it. It is a pity not more English reports are out there for this event, and these two are trying to raise awareness are doing a wonderful job with what they can.
    Well said!

Really great to see Michelle and Yu-Na skate together again.
'Hero' by Mariah Carey was a perfect music for them and especially for everyone involved in the Special Olympics.

    I love Yuna btw
Yuna looked shy with the dance. OTOH, Kween' dance was as perfect as PSY's!!

This pictures are the biggest ad for banning the over the boot tight ever. they look ghastly next to the white boot, and certainly isn't doing anything for Yuna's line.

I thought so too. Maybe it's, partly, at least, due to her culture/upbringing?
    Kwan was definitely enjoying herself!

I don't think Yuna looks clunky. I just didn't like the choreography. It's like they were both out there totally doing their own separate thing apart from each other (although very gracefully and lovely!) Also, Yuna's dress kind of faded her into the shadows.

It was fun seeing Michelle skate gangnam style!

Michelle looked like she had a ball going wacky & crazy in the last number. Kim's expression was like "I can't believe I'm doing this", LOL. Great fun to see from both of them.

Kim's dress is beautiful. It has some sort of Korean writing on the skirt. She should wear this dress for her LP at Worlds.

I heard the Korean writing could be interpreted an advertisement. They may not allow it.

    michelle is beautiful too

In this thread, some people said they love both of them, and diminish one side
It is very curious. and funny
I'm pretty sure they were refering to the "flash mob" dance at the end in which case I would agree that Michelle looked a lot better doing that dance than Yu-na. http://nimg.nate.com/orgImg/sc/2013/...4200024491.jpg

in flash mob yuna seems shy
And i think, figure skating and the gangnam style... mismatch
