Already having a dog, and with so many cat lovers, it makes sense to have a cat as well.

I must say growing up, I don't recall anyone ever picking the iron! I would always try to get the dog, car, or shoe.

I always went for the horse! I agree the iron was the least favourite. People also liked the car.

The iron! I'll some more for mlp. (I usually picked the thimble or the iron. ) Adding the cat is fine with me, but I would have gotten rid of the battleship or that old shoe before the iron.

When I saw this I was so confused until I clicked the link. Danish monopoly is all different coloured cars (unless it is a themed one, I guess).

The shoe and the wheelbarrow were the second and third lowest vote getters. I would have gotten rid of the wheelbarrow. That said- I was always the car or the dog. I wish they had added the helicopter.

Personally, I always liked the green dolphin. But the Monopoly game I played belonged to my grandmother and I suspect a few things were added or lost over the years. We always had wooden houses and hotels so I was quite surprised once to play at a friends house and find plastic. Surprised a cat was only added now. About time!

I have long maintained that FSU should have its own Monopoly game. Our board should be an oval rather than a square (we need it shaped like a rink) and instead of buying properties, we would buy judges.
