    It would make more sense to list them all according to their individual National TES scores. Europeans is an international panel that you can't really compare to a national panel.

    also the russian, carolilna kostner, kaetlyn , japanese skaters are cleaner, better and faster than all the u.s with the fewest mistakes .\
    why the federations held them accountable and didn't give them the scores they didin't deserved and/or made them improve before handing out assignments like the u.s. does.
    too much cheating & no accountability for the u.s skating too high
