Can anyone elaborate or tell me what went on with this?

Apparently a fight broke out at one of the hotels where the skaters were staying at for Canadian nationals this past weekend. The fight was between skaters who competed in the event and apparently things got pretty out of hand! At the rink today I was peppered with questions from parents, coaches, and students about what went on....I didn't even know about it until tonight.
