Premiere is February 13th. That's the day after Mardi Gras. If I'm over my five day food/drink binge, I plan on tuning in as I'm interested in seeing this version of "fans vs favs". And I use "favs" very

with Brandon Hantz in the mix!

Have they given any explanation for why on earth they think someone who was voted out FIRST in their season can be called a favourite? And Corinne was definitely a villain, not a favourite. I'm sure Philip's a decent man, but he got WAY too much airtime first time around so I hope he's out early. Brenda, Erik, Andrea sorry but I barely remember you, and I'm a Survivor fan - you can't be among my favourites when I don't remember you

As for Brandon and Dawn, do they deserve a second shot? Neither's "journey" was cut short - in fact in their season it was specifically what they went through emotionally that was their story, so why bring them back? Although I guess Dawn can qualify as a favourite.

I'll give you Cochran and Malcolm though - I'd like to see more of them as both are good players. I wonder if Cochran will go far this time given that everyone knows that he's smart and knows the game, and I can see a few of them wanting to align with him because of that. Malcolm is worth keeping just for the

Haven't seen one why Francesca is back as a "favorite" when she lasted one episode the first time around. Maybe they were hoping she'd kill Philip this time!?!

I would consider Andrea, Erik, Dawn, Malcolm and Cochran "favs". The others, not so much.

Of course I'll be watching but I'm not excited for any of these people to be returning at all. This is like a D-list version of Survivor "favorites".

But I felt the same way about the Micronesia FvF choices and it turned out to be one of the best seasons in the series, so I'll be optimistic for this one.

At least we get Malcolm back.

I think the definition of 'Fav' is that they are the producers favorites, not anyone in the general population.

I've watched every season of Survivor since 7 episodes into the first season (the media hype finally pulled me in), but honestly I have no idea who most of these people are. Bad fan.

So who is planning on watching tonight?! I guess I'll tune in to see what craziness Philip brings this time around. Hopefully some of the newbies will interesting as I can honestly say there isn't one "favorite" I'm interested in seeing again.
