Just wondering if there have been any updates in the Sretenski legal matter. As of mid-September '12, Sretenski had pleaded 'not guilty' in New Yok (on the alleged Lake Placid incident) and was released on $50,000 bail. Next step was supposed to be a hearing in early December, as per the news link below. Any updates?

The Adirondack Daily Enterprise reports 50-year-old Genrich Sretenski is due back in court in December after being released on $50,000 bail and allowed to return to Maryland, where he lives and coaches.
