Does anyone recall why Peake/Naylor did not compete at the 1992 Olympics in Albertville? They were 9th at 1992 Europeans while the second GBR pair of Kathryn Pritchard/Jason Briggs were 13th and went on to compete at the Olympics and Worlds.

I loved her entranace into the death spiral! There was no 'sit down' into the stretch. So many women now sit into the death spiral or try to hide this with a shoot the duck entrance.

That is so very sad, loved their 1990 programmes, they had spent the summer with Moskvina. Does anyone know the cause?

I really enjoyed the classic style of Peake/Naylor. She was far too young to pass away. May she RIP.

RIP Cheryl gone far too soon. I spent a very happy summer with her and Andrew at Kitchener/Waterloo. Such clear memories of a road trip to Niagara and us doing our make up in the car wing mirrors in the middle of a car park

Sad! I don't remember watching her, but it's even sadder when a young person suddenly dies.

I don't remember her either (my FS attention has been kind of ebb and flow over the years), but I agree that's it's extremely sad to lose one so young. My condolences to her family, friends and fans.

So sad :-( Does anyone have their 'chess' free program they can post? It was amazing in nationals in the early 90's - been trying to find a copy for years
