Fabulous cast! Not a weak link in the bunch (imo)! I hope we will get some fancams but I hear that they're rather strict about those things?

I believe the other 2 stops of Fantasy on Ice -- in Toyama (July 5-6) and Niigata (July 12-13) -- will be broadcast locally as well? http://www.fsuniverse.net/forum/show...uly-12-13-2014

Search on twitter with "FaOI" or "ファンタジーオンアイス", we cannot expect photos/videos since people are not allowed in FaOI. But I assume we can read some reports on twitter.(Good luck with Google translator, though. ) Today first show starts at 13:00 and the second show starts at 18:00(Japan Time, on Saturday). BS Asahi has live coverage of the second show. Tomorrow they have only one show which starts at 13:00(no broadcast).

I haven't seen every video yet, but of the ones I did...Nobu was great and very elegant. Johnny's was superb, definitely my favorite. Dramatic without being completely over-the-top. Does anyone know the name of his music? Stephane is always fantastic, but I'm ready for some new exhibitions from him. Javier's was just ok, jumps weren't so good (but I saw him say he was exhausted on Twitter, so I understand), I'm not a real fan of the song "Black Betty" & so many others have done it before. I don't know if he can ever top the Aerobics Class (although that was getting pretty worn out too).

Yuzuru' second performance with better audio quality, edited by nonchan (because the singer was off-key the whole time, poor Yuzuru): http://dai.ly/x1yuem3
Looks and sounds much better than the live recording.

Grieg & The Water were debuted at Art on Ice in March, just 3 months ago! Stephane has been quite prolific in his spectacular pro career, but even he can't give us new programs for every show, especially since he does so many!!! :-)

Thank you to everyone who has provided the links to all the skaters' programs. It's nice to see Johnny back on the ice in good skating form and great to see Nobu looking so happy after the sadness at his final compeition.

What Stephanatic wrote. Also - Stephane said in an interview that he hopes to show his new program in Japan in July. But he has not shown 'Water' and 'Grieg's Piano Concerto' in Japan before, as he has not skated there since debuting those programs in February, so it's natural that he wanted to show them there, even if he would have had enough time to train the new program, which he obviously didn't have. Stephane skates in shows all the time, and when he doesn't, he is either working with other skaters, or going to coaching seminars and master classes, while working on establishing his skating school in Switzerland at the same time. And with all of that he must manage to simply train to stay in good shape. And then create and train new programs most of which are quite difficult. So we can't expect him to skate new programs in every show as Stephanatic already said.

Of course, he has no one to blame but himself for skating fans' expectations for a large number of superb programs from him each year - IIRC, one year he created more than a dozen new programs, and even with his crazy-busy schedule he still gives us 4-6 new works per season.

You're both right. I'm just being selfish. I watch all his performances so it feels "been there, done that" but I know that most people are not that obsessive...and he gives every one 100%. I'm sure it was a treat for those at the show.

No, I understand you. I watch all of Stephane's performances that are available on video too, and I want to see as many new programs from him as possible. But I just try to be realistic and understanding to curb my impatience. So, sorry if I seemed too harsh, it's just that for a moment your complaint (which probably wasn't even a complaint) reminded me of those people who say about some skaters things like "again he/she is showing the same old program, he/she is so lazy/resting on old laurels, just cashing in at the expense of those old laurels and programs, and people's love and memories for/of them", although I really hoped that you were not like that. Thankfully you are not . And, in truth, I have never read or heard such comments about Stephane, as everyone who follows his professional career can see how untrue that would be.
