Well, it's the 21st here, and it's a lovely, sunny, blue sky warm day.
I do however have to brave the shops on crutches one last time. Bugger. Maybe the world IS about to end...mine anyway!

In just 90 minutes it will be Dec. 21st here. Someone told me at work he was joking) that according to prediction, the world is to end at 6 am on the 21st, but he did not know what time zone it will be at 6am. Here it will be just 4am.

Bought some plane tickets yesterday for next month, so if the world ends I don't have to pay the credit card bill and if it doesn't I get to go on a trip so it's all good!

It's not at all surprising that the world didn't end - clearly the world as we know it won't end until the Jewish year 6,000, 227 years from now. I for one do not intend to be present for the event, but if any future FSUers come across this thread, you read it here first!
