I agree that Meryl is attractive but it is unfortunate that she has that terrible voice

Aww, I like her voice. I think it fits her perfectly.

She's incredibly beautiful, haters gonna hate, and in a very unique way. Meryl voice is her voice. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. It was higher when she was a teen, but it's mellowed out since. I even like the way she sounds in French.

Heh. She really is gloriously beautiful. If you were casting ice dancers as Greek Gods, she'd be Artemis or Athena or something (because she looks like she could lead an army or fell a stag). I have to admit the voice seem to contradict the look, but I love it now.

Count me in as another who thinks Meryl is beautiful. What she strikes me as is almost like a porcelain doll (in a very GOOD way).

Meryl is gorgeous and I agree that she has the best taste in costumes. Certainly there are a lot of people involved in getting her costumes to look perfect but (as we've seen with many other ice dance teams), all the money in the world can't make up for a good sense of how to present yourself. Just because a costume is expensive doesn't mean it will look good. Being a costume designer's daughter, one of the things I first noticed about Meryl and Charlie is how well they are packaged as a team.

As far as Marlie... well, I was hoping that nickname had died.

I was planning to go to nationals, I had vacation days saved that I could use and started looking at tickets and flights. Then my best friend decided to schedule her wedding for that weekend and ask me to be maid of honor. I actually had to think about it

According to the program, that's the second song they skate to. I've never heard of that band or singer but the song is kinda catchy, perhaps they could use it the rest of the season? Of course, at this point, they could replace "Someone Like You" with "The Song That Never Ends" and I would be happy. Lovely exhibition, just not a fan of that song.
