Happy Hanukkah to all of our Jewish Friends here at FSU!!
We'll be having our own latkes either tomorrow night or Monday. We always do at some point. Both to honour our Jewish friends and because they're just so plain out and out yummy!!
BTW...We put in either half of or the entire Granny Smith Apple w/our latke mix depending on the size of the apple. Really gives them a nice tangy kick.
