Unfortunately May 3rd conflicts with the Stars on Ice tour stop in Chicago, IL.

Just checked their FB page - https://www.facebook.com/skateforhope - looks like Alissa is in the cast, at least according to their January 7th post. Nice that Hamilton is part of the Bowling Green event, too. Hometowners should bring out the crowds!
(wonder why it's no longer in Columbus, Ohio?)

It makes sense that Alissa was invited initially, but she's not mentioned in Skate for Hope's 3/18 press release linked in post #1. The Stars on Ice cast/U.S. tour info was announced just recently.

Oh, thanks, Sylvia. That's too bad for the Ohio people, but at least Chicagoans will enjoy her skating.

A smaller venue than the Nationwide Arena would be fine for this show & the change might also bring new spectators from northern OH. I really enjoyed seeing it at Nationwide all those years, but they weren't close to filling it.

Does anyone know what the arena in Bowling Green is like? No plexi glasses obstructing the view, I hope?

I've never been to Bowling Green, but on Google the photos of the arena do show hockey glass. I don't know if hockey glass can be taken down or not.

This rather blurry tweeted photo by a fan shows that the newly-minted World Junior ice dance champs Kaitlin Hawayek/Jean-Luc Baker also performed in the show last night, together with Rippon, Nagasu, and pair skater Matt Blackmer: http://pic.twitter.com/DBLN6f5drF

I haven't attended this show in awhile, but IMO Findlay's one of the most surprising events I have attended. Never expected the kind of turnout and enthusiasm I saw in that town.

Sorry that she's no longer competing, but I'm glad that Rachael is going to skate again. Hope it gets aired in Canada.

Just received confirmation from Skate for Hope that Caitlin Yankowskas and Hamish Gaman will be performing in the show on May 3. Also, and this is also exciting, Emily Samuelson will be performing. Should be exciting to see Caitlin and Emily...along with all the other elite skaters who are kind enough to come and perform for a good cause.
