Michal Brezina's name has been gone from Men FS starting order. What's going on?

Anybody knows why Micha Brezina withdrew from FS?

According to this article, he withdrew from FS because he had a fever on Saturday and the condition got worse. Hope his speedy recovery.

How come Simancikova did not compete? Not injured I hope?!

Looks like Tomas redeemed himself from his nightmarish GP season...then again, I don't know how inflated Czech nationals tends to be. Hope Michal feels better soon!

Petr Coufal was planning the knee surgery after Junior Worlds, however there got something bad in the short programme warm up (that´s why his skate was so bad) and his team decided to get him out of the competition. Doctors were advicing no rush, no moves during Christmas period and re-check the state of his knee next week. He would like to be ready for Junior Nationals and Junior Worlds, hopefully...

Raszykova is not the final Ladies entry for Europeans as first two were not meeting the minimum TES and the other two skated injured at Nationals, Federation Board decided to give everybody a second chance in Bratislava´s New Years Cup where the best placing with fulfilled ISU requirements will be heading to Zagreb. After the short the closest to the goal is Petr´s sister - Jana Coufalova. But both Eliska Brezinova (Michal´s sister) and Laura Raszykova are not that far away and Jana is well-known for bombing the free skate when in pressure. We will see tommorrow.

So does anyone know if Simancikova is going to Euros or not because she didn't compete at Nationals? She's clearly the best lady in Slovakia (and Czech Rep. and Poland too), but will they send her without a Nationals result (provided she is not injured)?
