I see the podium being Radionova, Lipnitskaya, and Tuktamisheva, in any order, then Sotnikova and Leonova in 4th and 5th. The world team being Tuktamisheva/Sotnikova/Leonova.

Julia had a concussion ? I don't think she ill be ready by senior nationals, she might also skip it and Tuk if she medals in GPF will skip senior nats too
so I would vote for Radionova...
If Julia and Tuk skip
Radionova has little competition maybe from Sotnikova
