    Exclamation Holiday Moments on Ice - Nov 25, 4-6PM EST NBC (Ashley! Mirai!)

    I didn't see a separate thread for what promises to be a truly spectacular Holiday Moments skating show on NBC, this coming Sunday (Nov 25) at 4PM, immediately following the NHK telecast. Ashley, Mirai, Kimmie, Joannie, Brian, Ryan, et. al! Wheeee!

    I really love Joannie's skating, that was lovely. Please come back to Competitive skating, - well only if you want to - you deserve to be happy - but we could sure use you here in Canada.

    So nice that Lang/T will be skating. Anyone think it'd have been nice to also have Belbin/Agosto too? I wonder if they are even doing any of these holiday "shows". I also wonder if Agosto is upset at all that they are missing out on what little is available as far as TV programs. Kimmie reminds me of someone who could have made it as a fearless pair girl.

    this is 9 trillion times better than the "watch us breed in captivity" special last week. i was never much for exhibitions but it makes me sad that these skaters have no steady outlet for their talents.
    I feel like I'm in a dream. But it can't be a dream because there are no boy dancers!

    Elvis Stojko with gray hair but skating with a lot of power. HUGE double axel and Russian split jump. Very fast spins.

    Why do you think Ben Agosto is missing out? I'm sure he could skate solo or with Shae Lynn if he wanted to be in shows. He is an Olympic silver medalist. I had read he was busy doing choreo for Disney and Sun Valley.

    Clean triple jumps from Ryan, Mirai, Joannie, Ashley, Brian, and Elvis so far. Brian apparently doesn't want to lend his name to any hot messes like the Musselman show.

    Elvis skated to my very favorite song from The Christmas Angel, Above the Northern Lights, that Tanya (sp? sorry!) Kwiatkowski skated to right after she skated a really sexy number (in a kids' movie!!!!!) with Elvis. I probably wore my vcr tape out watching those numbers!!!! Are they online anywhere?

    I missed part of this show, but I liked what I saw. Some nice skating and classy exhibitions. Mirai and Kimmie are cute together.

    A friend of mine talked to Tanith at Skate America. Tanith said that she wasn't going to skate anymore. Ben is going to be in the Moments of Love on Ice in January without Tanith.

    Wow, I had no idea. Wonder what she plans to do instead - TV/broadcasting? She's pretty young to be retiring. I liked her in the Battle of the Blades show, much more so than when she competed.
