Liza Kulik competed at her first Regionals in Juvenile this past October and was very close to making the Final round. I believe she has her doubles through Lutz in competition.

ETA: Just checked online, Liza is 11.

If a guy sings along to Jewel's version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow, is he still fabulous?

I would say that he is fantabulous for doing so.

Show stealer, Nancy's little girl. Toooooo cute. Loved seeing Paul and his family. Looked like such a fun little family. Favorite skate, Ilia's second number. Have been wondering a year now why Katia messed up that dress with the pasties and bikini pants. That dress had so much potential. Guess if you work that hard for a great body, you need to show it off. Maybe trying to bring more male viewers in.

BTW, for anyone who missed the show and still wants to see it, videos are starting to be posted onto youtube. So far, the opening and closing numbers and Todd's numbers with his families are online, and videos of the other skaters will probably be posted as well.

I'm glad that Musselman's is donating $$ for Hurricane Sandy relief, considering that this show was supposed to take place in Atlantic City.

I loved seeing all the pros with their families!

I know this is my first post here but since he was in the show I am dying to ask this of others.

Does Todd Eldredge give anyone else a creepy feeling? I don't know what it is but ever since I first started seeing him on tv in the 90's competing there's something about him that just seemed kinda off to me.

I enjoyed everyone else though and got a laugh out of Nancy's husband sitting on that bench while she and the kids were skating around....

The constant Musselman's and Pandora self promotion that goes on during the broadcasts of these shows has always driven me crazy though.

^ Sorry you feel that way about Todd, Jaded One. I've followed his skating career since the early 1990's. In the beginning, I cheered for him as America's up & coming guy, but really became very impressed with him once he did his "Chaplin" program, and by the mid 1990's, there was no turning back for me. I felt sad for him when his first marriage didn't work out, but he has moved on, and I am so glad that he has remarried and hopefully will have a long and loving marriage with his Sabrina. We've had the pleasure of meeting him in person many times - @ SOI, Mike Weiss' shows, and he is a gentleman all the way.

I wish they would've introduced all the kids on the stage. I believe Steven Cousins and his kids were there but I guess he got chacked? There were a few kids on the stage who I couldn't identify.

I watched Liza's Regionals skate on IN after the show and I was really impressed! SW Pacs must be a tough region because I thought she was fantastic. She has beautiful posture and speed.

I've never tho't of Todd as being creepy. He's a gentleman on & off the ice. Wonderful skater & great representative of US skating Worldwide.

ITA w/you on both counts. If Steven Counsins as there, I wonder if Elena was there as well? Their kids are still quite young, but I would have loved to have seen at least Elena perform. From what I understand, SW Pacific along with New England is one of the most difficult regions for Juvenile and Intermediate level skating just because you have so many girls entering the competition, and the level of competition is quite high. I saw the clip of Liza on the Kulik Skate website and I thought she did an excellent job. She and her parents should be proud.

I'm so far out of the loop with skating that I had no idea Paul would be on TV. And by the time I saw this was on, it only had 25 minutes left to go with the broadcast, so of course, I missed Paul's solo. Hoping it ends up on YouTube.

I liked the bit with his family and Christmas. And I spent the majority of the time that I watched wondering who that blonde was. I had no idea Katia had gone blonde. Again, been out of the loop a bit...
Give me one more quiet night, before this loud morning gets it right, and does me in.

Here is the opening number and the closing number w/Liza So far none of the other performances, besides the ones with Todd and his family have been posted, from what I can see. But hopefully, the other performances will be posted as well.
