    http://phrazey.tumblr.com/post/80004...-lost-programs

OMG! I read it on phrazey's blog : "But - I don’t want to be negative - but it feels like Plushenko has destroyed men’s figure skating… His passion, pain, grace, strength, weird masculine femininity, fighting spirit… He was unique. And he makes all the other skaters look boring…" sometimes I feel something like this...

I can't make montage. I'm not a computer phenomenon. I just collect them. Plushenko's fans are always very inspired by Plushy. I'm sure I have 100 PLushy montages in my computer.

    "Goncharov- Rudkovskaya- Plushenko http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FXTsOu8NqQ
Rudkovskaya -Plushenko http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPGQDvuB4MM I think I showed them but these aren't on Phrazy's list. Plushy is more sexy like Yana.

He skated it many times, but this is very special version of his Tango Amore . You feel his passion, you fell the passion... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZAbMMxawoc No one comes close to him. NO ONE!!!!

He skated to Enigma's music. He was 15 but he landed 3A-3T combo in gala http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IxBRhEzcwR0

    awful costume

Plushy to Zuccero's( in Europe famous Italian musician) music http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnipyCquG6w two 3As one of them in combo

2006 Fashion on Ice Plushy I Want You to Want Me with Chris Isaak http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBK27WpJVVY I read this comment to another video of this program "2:49 he basically had sex with me". He is so enetertaining and everythig is so fit for him in this program

    Plushy and Andrea Bocelli http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2oM-y013MM

Plushy's Nijisky program.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_M569vny-M he showed it in this show, this was the original version, but it seems the program wasn't ready. Incredibly beautiful, as well as Plushy. His hair is fantastic.

Nijinsky in 2010 in Japan http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4UD4NBjMFo In that year he had more than 30 shows in Japan. In one of them the fans asked him skate the Nijinsky. He did for them. Listen to the very shy Japanese girls..

Cherub, I can't think of more right now..

Thanks! Had no idea he had skated to Enigma... too bad the commentators never shut up. I'll save these and watch them all later. I know Zucchero (my parents used to listen to his music), and I remember that performance. Ohh Bocelli sang one of my fave songs... "Caruso," that's awesome.

Thanks for the new clips lala. I couldn't even get through Enigma, because the commentator kept talking and talking and talking - very disruptive to the enjoyment of the performance. Amazing that he did the 3A/3T at 15. He always seem to have the combinations down, even doing a 4T/3Loop in warm up at 2006 Europeans. I remember when he did the 3A/half-loop/3F at the Olympics. Scott Hamilton went nuts when he did it, saying that it was just "sick" - meaning it was a nearly impossible combination to do. He then explained how much strength, speed and agility was required to pull off such a difficult combination.

Plushy has always been an amazing athlete which accounted for, rightfully so, his outstanding success.

    Some comments from there

    Kaigaazuko:
Yeah. Too bad I never watch him live in real life nor the TV. The only live thing I ever saw was him bowing out of the rink in pain. I kinda want to watch him skate live to feel what others feel.......his aura and soul on the ice. I had watch his 'Best of Plushenko' in the online Russian channel. I admit that his choreography is not that much but there are some part of his hand movements took my heart.

    ----------

    KeiBlackthorne:
Seeing him leave after withdrawing broke my heart. And it's horrible what people are saying, trashing him to the media, saying he should have "skated through the pain"...and what, broken his spine? Ended up crippled, paralysed? After the number of times he had himself cobbled back together so he could continue to skate, for love of his fans and love of the sport? What a wretched, ungrateful, cruel thing to say. Especially to someone that fiercely competitive, who fought so hard to be where he is, to accomplish what he has. The Melville quote, "If his chest had been a cannon, he would have shot his heart upon it," comes to mind. For him, of all people, to say he can't do it... means that the amount of pain he must have been in would have long since brought lesser men to their knees. "Skate to the end," indeed. Sorry. /rant.

This is a link to some of my favourite performances of his... Most beloved among them is his Nijinsky piece, a tribute to the famed ballet dancer. SO beautiful. You should definitely check them out. I've followed many skaters over the years, but Plushenko...he was in a class apart, truly special. Legendary, even.

True, his choreography was sometimes simpler, less over the top, than other skaters--and pain had definitely slowed him at Sochi, though he still had that old spark, that grace and precision and absolute confidence and hold over the crowd--but in his prime...the power and passion within his movements, the perfect confidence, the incredible footwork...and yes, his hands. He commanded the ice like no one else, commanded the audience and made them his own, made it impossible to look away. Even at Sochi, to the last, he delivered a beautiful performance, held his own against so many younger skaters (Yuzuru Hanyu is divine, can't wait to watch him grow as an artist and perfect himself), and still helped Russia to the team gold.

Without him, the figure skating world is left diminished; he was the last of his generation and his retirement brings to an end what I see as a golden age for the sport. Yes, there are some up and coming young athletes out there, true, but they're still such rough diamonds, so green and untried. I saw so much potential greatness at Sochi, but everyone was falling all over themselves, like it was rule rather than the exception that it used to be to hit the ice in the middle of a performance. A bunch of young puppies still finding their feet.

I guess we'll just have to watch and see how they come into their own, and what they'll bring to the world stage in another four years. For better or worse, the torch has been passed.

    ---------------

    Kaigaazuko:
Yes, I notice the puppy-ness in the skates. I notice that, when Plush was there skating with them, less falls happens. But when he's not there, falls happens. What kind of power does he have?
    ...
I drew Plushenko in my DA. Some pictures, I genderbent him. Can't help it because he's so beautiful. And in my opinion, Plushenko's face is kind of seasonal: Sometimes he's ugly, somettimes he's pretty/beautiful, sometimes he's cute, sometime handsome, sometimes when he's wrinkled and then he became young and pretty again(which is interesting).
    ...
I already watched the nijinsky piece many times : The perfect 6.0 nijinsky where he wore the Adagio costume and also the one where he performed in the dark atmosphere wearing the black costume that looked like a jeweled fairy costume(Oh I like the expression when he looked at Edvin before starting the dance. So BEAUTIFUL. Yeah, I admit I'm a bit of a fujoshi and I collected some funny photo montages by nikoneko...
    ...
Now, as I said, I'm his newly fan. And when I read some articles I always doubt him, I admit that. Until I read in forum made by his truest of fans who followed him all around the world(fans that are from Japan, Italy and other parts of the world). And they know him the best(are u one of those who follow him around the world?) and I read his Another Show. What I got about him makes me feel that he's such an almost perfect man. Being strong, kind hearted, generous, strong heart, sweetheart, brotherly-fatherly-husbandly-childly love, spiritual, etc.
Yes, the only flaws I see in him is that he's sometimes being too honest at some wrong parts...

I am happy when I meet with my own thoughts...look at the emphasized sentences..

I would like to show this video to that woman: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMmqFr32hGI Plushenko: first time ever I saw your face

"Now do not rush!" - @EvgeniPlushenko's column for russian magazine on his injury, operation... google translation http://translate.google.com/translat...Fsingle%2F4162
    Now do not rush!
    April 1, 2014 10:15
Skater Evgeni Plushenko in the column for "ER", written the day after the return of the Israeli clinic, frankly tells what happened to him before, during and after the Olympic Games in Sochi. Nobody has yet to see convincing detail: yes, he was right. Yes, I conquered.

There are human capabilities, there is something beyond human capabilities, but there is something that can not be done under any circumstances. What could I have done, and where God stopped me, then, and had to stop.

Many people have begun to speak, and not very well-known: "We had to go to the end!" I just want to ask them: "Would you have been able to? Would put their health at a medal? Could skate with such pain? "
You think I'm afraid of pain? I walked to the end, I tried, but there is, for example, meniscus pain - I did four operations, and I know how to deal with such pain. I removed an inguinal hernia, and I rode with such pain. But when something happens to the spine and after the jump you in two turns to warm up, when more than anything else you do not want to stay, do not feel my right leg will not help or strength of character, no resistance - nothing at all. Then, at the stadium, "Iceberg", in full view of thousands of spectators and millions of viewers I refused leg. And I realized, or rather felt as if the body is not mine and I did not mean that I can not do a double jump, and single and hardly jump. I hope that people will understand: there is pain, which can not be tolerated.

Now, when I think back over and over again, scroll in a head that day, I realize that by the end, even if not realized the full danger. It's no longer a secret that I have been in the spine and intervertebral titanium screws polymer disk. It is now in hindsight I realize that it was inflammation in the back, until the end of construction is not caught, the muscles are not strengthened, but I had to train ... Of course, if I had a year, then this design would stand. Each jump, as blow after blow, shakes that doctors implanted in my back. As a result, one screw left a little to the side, and at the last moment, when I landed badly on the warm-up before the short program in the individual competition, the screw completely broke. Then I thought that there was something serious, but I could not even imagine that this could break titanium design. Part of the screw just glared back. I thought something was wrong with the disk, but that is ...

The doctor told me that the continued performance could lead to the worst. God forbid, a bad landing or even a successful landing with the struggle on the road, any load - and screw might offend the spinal nerve. After that I have not already thought about any competition, nor about the medals, never would have thought about figure skating and learned to turn the wheels wheelchair.

I walked like a zombie before coming to Israel, when did not know exactly what happened. We immediately contacted the surgeon who did the first operation. He appointed me the date of reception, and we began to wait. We waited for the verdict or hope. I started having severe pain, I fought with them at the time allowed anti-inflammatory drugs, but they did not help. I could not use drugs that accept now, because I was still an athlete and I at any time could take a doping test, which clearly would have shown positive results.

And so began inspection: X-rays, blood ... fears were confirmed: one of the screws fell out with suspected crack in the bone. Two days later I examined, the light was studied. And decided to do the surgery. The second operation on the spine in such a short time. But do nothing, because to live and train with a broken screw in the back, to put it mildly, is not possible. The doctor told me this:
    - I will cut you, and see whether the fused bone, muscle. If yes, then maybe all of this I will walk titanium construction and will pull out of your back. But if the crack, I will stress it even with two screws.

Operation showed that nothing, thank God, no need to add, you just need to remove the broken parts. When removed, hollowed, still a couple of pieces fell off the bone, they shoved them back, the main thing that is now accustomed. I'm glad that the surgery went well, that my back no more screws, and the intervertebral disc of polymer overgrown muscles and ligaments. It remains only to wait and properly undergo rehabilitation. The main thing now - wait three months to do nothing, not to train.

Likely, many turns in the language question is generally could train after the first surgery and a titanium screw do not stand my weight. My surgeon is actually a very good psychologist. The first time it was like this: he told me that he will strengthen the construction of the spine and put me shurupchiki. Said so. I thought it was something microscopic, and when he showed me after these long bolts in four and a half centimeters, I thanked him:
    - Thank you, that did not say how big they are, and that can break under very heavy loads.

Perhaps if I had known about this possibility and would see how awful they look, I would not agree to the first operation before the Olympics. Not rule out that I would not risk it and even then I would go out of the sport.

Screws, of course, titanium, but we jump on the fifty jumps in training, and twenty of them jumping quads. And I have them after surgery was much more because I am, in fact, started from scratch. I lost appliances, weakened muscles, in addition to jumping should have been engaged over the bar in the hall. I re-learned after surgery jump quads - were serious fall, were difficult landing. Quad equals the level of load on the spine to the landing on the second floor. Here you have a titanium ...
After the first surgery I've been through three or four months started skating started serious training in physical training. At the head was the only preparation in the Games, I did not pause waited ... I could not last year, preparing for the Olympics, wait. If we had waited, I would not have recovered any item that does not have skated the program did quads. So I had to sacrifice their health for the sake of the country, for the Olympic gold medal. I do not regret anything. Therefore, I must confess: I am proud for myself actually. I feel pride and joy somewhere that has passed through a difficult phase of life and sports. I go out a winner in this story.

I need to recover again rebuild your body and will. I have big plans: I want to still go on tour in Russia, which is postponed for September-October. I want to see all their fans, the fans, to give his Olympic program ...

In parting, the doctor also told me that no need to hurry:
    - Next Olympics still only four years, so now do not rush!

"I bawled my eyes out while I was making this and I really hope whoever uses it really likes it. There is a massive story to go behind the reason why I did Evgeni but I just remember when I was little mum use to watch the figure skating and I remember watching it with her and i remember seeing him and ever since I saw how graceful and composed he is, I’ve enjoyed watching more and more of his programs/competitions. It was almost like a walk down memory lane watching everything from when he was young until Sochi 2014. A few of the smaller side images are from my favourite programs he has done over the years. This in reality is sort of a tribute to his amazing skills and talent."

We have to hit 1000 posts first. I was thinking "To infinity, and beyond" for a title.

Thanks for all the links... his son is so cute.
