    The USA has two "official" providers of live, online streaming of the Grand Prix Series:

    Icenetwork.com: Live streaming of Skate America.
    Delayed, on-demand ONLY streaming of the remaining GP events, available seven days after the end of each event. Requires a paid "Seasons Pass" subscription.

    Universalsports.com: Live streaming of all GP events with the exception of Skate America. Live streaming is "available exclusively to satellite and cable customers who have Universal Sports as part of their television package."

    Is the Skate Canada available for purchase/PPV [pay per view] Online?
    Universal Sports will air Skate Canada both on-air and online. However, the events will not be available for purchase or PPV online, but will be available online for free through authentication to users who verify their TV provider accounts on our website.

    This sucks. Most of us don't have cable companies that carry Universal Sports so we can't watch the rest of the GP online since the IceNetwork is only showing Skate America. Are there any other websites that are streaming the Skate Canada for instance?

    Can someone confirm whether or not this is geo-blocked outside the U.S.? I've seen both yes and no answers posted online.

    The only thing I can watch is U.S. Nationals. =) I have all personal favorites in the U.S., so this is the only reason for me to pay for subscription.

    I'm getting ads every ten minutes during the men's short program, making me miss chunks of programs. And every time the ads play, the stream gets choppy after that. I'm about to throw my computer through the window. I've tried three different browsers.

    I'm pretty annoyed too. I may go ahead any buy TvTeka now and just drop the US package. It will actually be cheaper. If the TV feed tomorrow is not in High Def, I'm not going to bother with them any longer.

    Weird. I had my feed go out on me in the middle of mens for a skater and an ice make but Ice Dance was just fine - no adds other than the first one before the feed started. An add with young people in a trash heap?

    Just had a thought. Are you with Directv or Dish? I have Dish. Could the adds be dependent on which provider we log in with?

    I have my friend's DirecTV login. The ad with the trash heap played about twenty times during the men and dance, and I'm not exaggerating. I tweeted UniSports about the ads and they said they passed a note on to the producer. I really hope they do something about it. I had to switch to the Chinese feed, but the picture is really grainy and it froze during the SD.

    Forget viewing live. Right now, the network has pre-empted Skate Canada coverage for round the clock storm watch. Sheesh - yes we know it's coming, can we not watch TV while we wait!
