    My advice:

Suck in your pride now, Chan Man, and make a begging call to Krall.

What Accordion said, what Really said, what DaveRocks said, what alilou said, what falling dance said.

Message for Nathan Chen - Sorry kid. Your family name sounds like Chan and its chinese character is likely to be same as Chan’s 陳. So don’t you ever fall and win or you suffer the fate of senior Chan!

Overedge, the next time when Chan appears to have fuller and sexier bottom, I know why!

unicorn, for your info, there are skaters that I loved - and still do - who competed under the 6.0 system. One of them is Yagudin (the false God, as called by some). I am only amused how some of Chan's haters bring up Yagudin/Plushenko and their consistency on the jumps just to put Chan down because they're are quite quick to say in a non-Chan context that the Russian champions of figure skating were all about the big jumps.

How I can love both Yagudin and Chan? Blasphemy! Well, sometimes I even shock myself because Chan is not even worthy of polishing Yagudin's boots.

Thread back on track for Chan ubers! Excepting that scary, irresponsible trevor guy of course.

If not for some of Chan's seriously sensitive (no sarcasm intended ) and uberly defensive fans, I might be able to ((horrors)) enjoy watching him once again (even with falls), yep egads maybe even to the point of "lurve" spikydurian. But Chan's been so over-weighted with ISU scores, back-breaking adoration, simpering solicitation, pitiful pandering, pumped-up pimping, fearful "world-ending" prognostications, and mindless hype, it's a wonder he's even able to stand up at all when he makes his way out to center ice.

Oh, but I forgot, Chan's SS are so sustaining; they're like supernatural scintars, superlatively sublime, substantively scrumptious, sinfully scary, scathingly scorable, subjectively stompin', seriously smooth, sumptuously star-studded, and simply scintillating. How can anyone resist? He's even more musical these days ... and reportedly in love, which may at the least provide him with some relief from his overweening fans, suicidal fans, demanding parents, armed and dangerous Chan gang, tut-tutting Freddy-ridiculous trevor, solicitous fed, and yes jettasian, the dreaded "CSI treatment." Kathy Johnson helped Matt Savoie locate his mojo, was a dance coach to the amazing Jeremy Abbott... Krall no longer needed.

    Aftershocks fading away ...

Nope, THUD only counts when you are Patrick Chan and/ or possess undefeatable SS. Obviously, no one but PChid even comes close.

When Tess Johnson makes Patrick retire?

I suspect Patrick is much more clear-eyed in his evaluation of his abilities and current situation than both fans and detractors.

Yes, how loud the thud is should determine the points for the jump. Sound meters can be put on the ice to get an accurate reading. Also, let's examine the skaters after their skate to see who has the fewest bruises. Fewer bruises, higher score. lmao

    Brilliant.

Thanks a lot for your info! But I think which skater you love doesn't make more sense to your previous post.

Well Chan can polish Plushenko's boots, his quad actually learned from Plushy, Plushy deserves that.

Now it's my turn to thank you, I really didn't know Chan worked with Plushenko on the quad.

Obviously you didn't know that Krall used Plushy's video to train Chan's quad. But you are welcome.

I have to admit, I'm genuinely curious where the season heads for Chan. Hanyu and Takahashi posted some pretty serious early season scores. I'm rooting for him to win, but I won't mind if he has his Kulik/Yagudin pre Olympic season (as long as he gets their Olympic season)..
