Well Dick will certainly be able to tell you about Norbert Schramm. He skated at World Pro's in Landover. He will also have an opinion as to why Schramm had a poor showing in the '84 Olympics.

Manleywoman, if you get to talk to Dick Button please ask him whatever happened to the plans to issue the Lussi tapes in DVD. There is great historical footage that it would be a shame to lose.

    Will do aliceanne.

Well, I got to spend a good hour interviewing Norbert Schramm yesterday, after we both took the Ice Theater of New York's edge class. Both the class and he were a blast. Looking forward to sharing this podcast with you all, and thanks for the help!
In my spare time, I like to interview figure skating legends.

I remember Norbert Schramm from the German Jungle-Camp "I'm a Celebrity - Get me out of here!" and he was pretty boring in there.

Loved the bell-bottom look to his skating onzies.
Also his octopus like arm movements with his avant garde music.

Orbitz you may be thinking about Norbert's Olympic teammate, Heiko Fischer, athough Heiko passed away tragically quite a few years ago.
