The German ice dancers Zhiganshina & Gaszi. Their FD will be a zombie theme. I hope Averbukh becomes the next big thing in choreography.

I think Makarova may have had my two favourite programmes last season albeit for different reasons.
To think that fun is simple fun, while earnest things are earnest, proves all too plain that neither one thou truthfully discernest.

    That sounds super voidy.

I love Makarova's programs as well. Can't wait to see more of Averbukh's choreography.

nice. I also want to see the brother-sister duel of Nelli and Ruslan

Averbukh and Irina Zhuk seems to be the popular go to choreographers now for Russian skaters along with Morozov

Is it just a coincidence, or is Irina Zhuk a relation to the coach Stanislav Zhuk?

(sorry if this question has been asked a million times).

There were reports on the Russian forum that Averbukh choreographed one or both programs for Sinitsyna/Zhiganshin.

Right, thanks for the correction. In this interview they say exactly that: http://www.rsport.ru/interview/20120917/617336944.html.

    SD was made by Kustarova.

It must not have been that much help. He usually thinks of more interesting stuff.

Tarasova has always reminded me of Bianca Castafiore from Tintin.
"I miss footwork that has any kind of a discernible pattern. The goal of a step sequence should not be for a skater to show the same ice coverage as a Zamboni and take about as much time as an ice resurface. " ~ Zemgirl, reflecting on a pre-IJS straight line sequence

She looks kind of disgusted at the beginning of the video, wonder why.
Love Tarasova, she always puts so much heart and soul into everything she does.
