Don't worry, she has 4th and 5th event, which means that she still has nearly two months to get ready. Considering how much improvement was in Adelina's skating since the previous test skate about 2 weeks ago, I hope that 2 months must be enough time for Polina.

she is a bit slow compared to her 2011 season
her LP was doing well until at the middle part with 3 consecutive mistakes after another

this LP is too Strong for her, she is a light skater
Black Swan is for strong skaters that can carry it like Asheley , Adelina , Yuna etc.

Polina K. told me that she was injured and had a longer break. Her feet hurt in her skates. She said that right now things are not going so well for her. Hopefully she'll be fine soon.

B&L's SP is lovely. I like that dress on her and imo, the jumps look better.

V&T: I wasn't feeling it. For an off ice couple, you'd think they'd be able to bring some heat to the performance, but no. They both look hot though.

Plushenko: It's gotten to the point where it doesn't matter what he's skating to or what he's wearing. I'm just riveted. Love him.

Sotnikova LP: After reading all of the griping over it I was expecting something completely horrific, but it's not bad at all. I really liked the the program.

Me too! I enjoyed it. I don't even mind the Christina Aguilera howling. Maybe it's the 90s child in me.

I think I'm on the verge of becoming an S/K uber. Both programs are fab. I hope they pass B/L this year. Actually, what I'd really like is for both of them to pass Kavaguti & Smirnov, but I doubt that will happen.

Thanks. At least there is an explanation for it. As pointed out up thread, she is skating in the latter events so she still has time to recover and train.

I actually uber B/L. Last year they were my team but this year S/K have really good programs and I'm starting to get bored with B/L. It seems like they do the same thing every year.

B/S FD should be better without the crazy cut, but it's not en par with say W/P's FD last year, so no Worlds medal chance really. It's weird, I feel like this program probably works better with I/K or even S/Z. Both B and S's lack of attractiveness is a problem.
I don't know. P/G looks better, more together to me despite being slower. They've gone far. I won't be surprised if they pass R/T if they progress. R/T's FD is so boring.

I guess I totally slept through the fact that V/T are now an off-ice couple. what did Kwan retire too or is Irina pregnant?

I unexpectedly really love Leonovas SP and think she looks better than ever. she sure is a fighter, I think she will be one of the contenders for the world title this year if the jumps come along this season. This is going to be an exciting and very unpredictable ladies season!

    That is his power.

Although I am mourning a bit because it took us HOW MANY YEARS to get him back into a colour other than black (last year's purple Storm shirt), and now...black and white. Oh Plushy. I know you look good in it, but...

I know this is a bit of a taboo, but Vera poor girl looks worse than ever. Someone needs to step in and help her. Whether it's an ED or some other health problems, it's not natural. She looks seriously ill.

I would like to watch R&J for comparison, though.
I dont think there is a video, I saw it live on a training camp. In my opinion RJ is much better constructed and more coherent, if that makes any sense.
