Reputation Reset- rep being disabled

Everyone was reset to 10.

The number showing is not your rep, but the number of rep points you give when you give positive rep to someone else. It's not your rep, but your rep power.

rep power = A + B + C

whereas:
A = (Reputation Received on User CP page / 100)
B = (# of posts / 1000)
C = (# of years on FSU)

Currently, for all of us, A < B and/or C, so B and/or C are the dominant variables in the rep power equation for all of us for now.

A is the variable that was reset.

The blobs correspond to the value of the Reputation Received on your User CP page and look to be 100 Reputation points Received per blob.
